BC's Superintendent of Real Estate imposed a $2,000 Rule 75 penalty notice after a brokerage's complete annual Accountant's Report, due January 28, 2025, wasn't received until June 19. The requirement turns on receiving the complete filing within 120 days of the brokerage's year end, rather than merely beginning it, and the notice allows 30 calendar days from receipt to request reconsideration.
