BC court refuses disclosure of later engineering guidelines in Mount Polley proceeding

In a proceeding involving Imperial Metals, Mount Polley Mining and Wood Canada, a BC court refused production of records concerning engineering guidelines developed after the 2014 incident, finding they didn't meet the likely relevance threshold. An earlier order concerning disciplinary investigation records was separate, and this ruling doesn't determine guilt.

From Binder Governance to Binder

A board issue is rarely just one document.

A contractor dispute. A reserve fund question. An annual filing that got missed. An agreement with a service provider. Each begins somewhere, then gathers records, decisions and responsibilities. Binder gives your organization a Matter to keep that work connected instead of losing it across inboxes and handovers.
