Saskatchewan appellate court restricts repetitive insurance litigation

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal held that a stand alone application to restrict a vexatious litigant could proceed and granted a leave requirement against a party repeatedly bringing meritless proceedings. The insurer's application succeeded, while the reciprocal application against it was dismissed. The ruling concerns litigation conduct rather than insurance coverage.
