Ontario Court Rules Guycan Worker Paid Through Corporation Was Actually an Employee

An Ontario Superior Court ruling found that a worker who invoiced through a personal corporation was, in substance, an employee. The court awarded unpaid commissions and limited public holiday pay but rejected a claim for reasonable notice because the worker had resigned.
