New labour relations decision released

The registrar assessed special costs at $34,518.40 and declined to recuse. Together with previously assessed ordinary costs, the reported certificate was $37,313.18. The assessment recognized that pro bono representation did not prevent recovery of special costs and addressed costs generated by the self represented appellant’s conduct.
