Employee ordered reinstated more than eight years after discriminatory termination

The Alberta Human Rights Tribunal ordered the University of Alberta to reinstate an employee after an earlier finding that her termination was discriminatory. The passage of more than eight years did not eliminate reinstatement as a possible remedy where comparable work could still be found.
