BC court finds changes to flexible work and job status constructive dismissal

Source-bounded case notice. Binder hasn't independently reviewed the complete reasons or the outcome. This isn't verified judgment analysis.

In Parolin v Cressey Construction, the BC Supreme Court found that altering established flexible working arrangements, compensation and job responsibilities could amount to constructive dismissal. The findings concern the actual contractual terms and circumstances, not an automatic right to work remotely in every job.
