How Binder HR treats evidence
The distinction between discovery and verification is part of the product.
Cases
CanLII metadata can identify a decision, but metadata alone is not treated as a holding. Substantive case commentary requires reviewed reasons or another source detailed enough to establish the facts, issue, reasoning and result responsibly.
Developments
Government, regulator, court, tribunal and other originating sources are preferred. Third party reporting may identify a lead, but Binder HR tries to resolve the underlying source before relying on it publicly.
Trends
A few similar stories can support a thematic comparison. They do not establish frequency or national convergence. Binder HR separates what the evidence shows from what would require a defined cohort, denominator and broader dataset.
For researchers and media
Stable URLs and source attribution are designed to make Binder HR material citable.
When citing Binder HR, use the article title, Binder HR, publication date and canonical article URL. For company information, research methodology or media context, see BinderCo Media & Research.
Download the current 30 day coverage dataset (CSV). The file carries the same methodology warning as this page: the counts measure Binder HR publication coverage, not real world frequency or prevalence.
