The Canadian Human Rights Commission’s 2026 workplace publications include a general accommodation guide and a template for federally regulated employers developing an accommodation policy.
The collection also addresses pregnancy and becoming a parent, caregiver-friendly workplaces, and environmental sensitivities and scent-free policies.
Scope
The materials are directed primarily to federally regulated workplaces. Together, they place policy design, individual accommodation, manager knowledge and consistent process in the same public resource collection.
