Alberta Court of Appeal Sends Union Discipline Dispute Back to Labour Board

The Alberta Court of Appeal has dismissed a bid to have courts decide a dispute over internal union discipline proceedings, ruling the matter belongs before the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
