BC Court of Appeal Dismisses Both Appeals Over Pediatrician's Vaccine Contract Dispute

The Court of Appeal for British Columbia refused to hear either side's challenge to an arbitrator's $388,582.13 award in favour of a pediatrician whose service contract with Northern Health Authority was terminated after he did not get a COVID vaccination.
