Nova Scotia and Yukon Put Project Design at the Centre of Workforce Funding

Nova Scotia's WIPSI opened its fall 2026 intake on September 28 and Yukon's Staffing UP moved to an online project concept form in June. Both programs fund employer training, but they define what counts as a fundable project very differently.
